There is simply no better way to experience the serenity of Cape Breton than to experience the hospitality of the Tulloch and its gracious hosts, Elizabeth and Keith. How they created such a warm and comfortable ambiance so soon after opening is wonderment. It will only get better as it ages like a fine wine. We'll be back!

And what a lovely Inn it is! Crisp, clean beautifully designed, well built, tastefully furnished in luxurious simplicity; organic fresh gourmet cuisine artfully presented; warm, generous hosts ready to offer help and laugh and make one's stay so very enjoyable. Thank you. The Tulloch Inn will become the landmark of the lake and for me its warm hearth is the heart of Cape Breton.

Thank you. . This is an amazing Place. Your rooms are so comfortable and the house decorated so beautifully. The food is exquisite- the first time my daughter has had lobster and a very fitting initiation into the delights of well prepared shellfish. I fully expect your inn to feature beside the others in the next edition of "1000 places to go before you die"! Its on my list of good memories.

Our five day stay here was too short! This inn is a truly special place- a fine base for exploring the area and an exceptionally comfortable rest at the end of those explorations. We will recall this stay in Cape Breton as one of our favourite vacations- the inn has made it so memorable. Thank you for your gracious welcome, the superb meals, and the very comfortable room.

Thanks for the real Canadian hospitality with a Scottish flavour! We have had a memorable stay. Perhaps this chance meeting will be the start of Zulu beadwork in Cape Breton!

When I came to Cape Breton, I was recovering from a prolonged illness and was seeking serenity and solace for my soul. I found all this and so much more at the Tulloch Inn. I was fortunate to spend 8 wonderful peaceful days here. You made me feel so welcome and special. Your food is absolutely the best in Canada. But best of all was your kindness, warmth, and willingness to share your history, culture, and way of life. Thank you so much- I will definitely be back.
